Boscarol d.o.o. made the strategic decision to divest its office premises in Maribor. We were appointed to market and manage the sale of the 1,082 sq m office complex, launching the process in 2024.
From the outset, our objective was clear: to secure not only a successful disposal of the asset, but also to achieve the strongest pricing outcome available in the market for our client. To that end, we conducted a structured sales process supported by multiple rounds of negotiations, carefully managing buyer interest and competitive tension throughout.

A Successful Outcome Through Active Transaction Management
The transaction was successfully completed in 2025 with Energija plus d.o.o., a Maribor-based buyer. Through a disciplined negotiation process and targeted transaction execution, we were able to deliver a result that aligned with the seller’s commercial objectives while ensuring a successful transfer of the office complex to its new owner.
This was a transaction defined by active advisory involvement, pricing discipline and a clear focus on maximising value for the client in a competitive market environment.
