We advised our Serbian client on the acquisition of Tivoli Center, a prime office asset located in the heart of Ljubljana.

Located on Bleiweisova street — steps from Tivoli Park, the Museum of Modern Art and the National Gallery - the property sits at the cultural and commercial heart of the Slovenian capital. The two interconnected buildings offer approximately 7,700 m² of gross leasable area. The seller, Generali Adriatic Value Fund managed by Generali Investments and Peakside Capital, had held the asset since 2018.
